And the Winners were...

And the Winners were...Now in their fourth year, the Thailand Property Awards recognize not only the winners of each award, but they also assist in promoting the high level of quality of Thailand’s real estate, construction, architectural and interior design as well as industry professional services, and through a professionally-run awards system helps put Thailand real estate on the world stage.

The winner of the Best Villa Development in Hua Hin, as well as a top three finalist for the Best Villa Development in all of Thailand, was Nishaville by KIJ Development of Bangkok. KIJ was also awarded the Best Boutique Developer at the 2008 Thailand Property Awards.

Located approximately 80 minutes south of Hua Hin’s city centre in the midst of an elegant seaside coconut plantation, Nishaville is surrounded by palm trees swaying in the wind and has a beautiful freshwater canal dancing through the grounds bringing rare tropical birds to your doorstep. Pristine white sand beaches beckon you and the service and amenities of a five star resort answer your every need. You have all the luxury imaginable and all the privacy of your own dream home.

Three distinctive villas are offered at Nishaville as well as soon-to-be-announced low-rise condominiums and new beachfront villas. Starting at just THB 10.8 million, your design options include either a two- or three- bedroom home complete with western style kitchens and bathrooms. A two storey absolute beachfront clubhouse for the enjoyment of the owners offers a fitness centre, large infinity pool and Jacuzzi, pool bar, locker rooms and saunas and plenty of lounge area to enjoy Thailand’s beautiful climate and the breathtaking beach in front of you.

The 2009 Award for the Best Condominium Development in Hua Hin, as well as a top three finalist for the Best Villa Development in Hua Hin, was Baan Ing Phu developed by Peter Ton, a Dutch entrepreneur who started his development 3 years ago. Baan Ing Phu is located just ten minutes northwest of Hua Hin’s city centre and minutes away from the Black Mountain Golf Club, home of the 2009 Asian Classic Black Mountain Masters.

Baan Ing Phu is a high-end residential project consisting of beautifully-designed, meticulously built and carefully finished villas and condominiums in a tranquil environment. Each property is positioned to provide stunning vistas of the Black Mountains and the lush fairways of the golf course nearby.

According to Russ Downing, the Managing Director of Exotiq Real Estate Hua Hin and head of the Hua Hin judging committee, “It was the breadth of detail Peter put into his development’s infrastructure such as fibre optics to each villa, a backup generator for his residents and purified water to each property just to name a few that really put him over the top for this year’s Thailand Property Award.”

Baan Ing Phu’s facilities will include tennis courts, two large swimming pools, a professionally equipped fitness area, a children’s playground and a poolside restaurant. Maid and concierge service is also offered as well as 24/7 security.
