You have to give back sometimes

you have to back sometimes Bali is a beautiful place and it has been good to us all, so good in fact that Exotiq Real Estate is determined to give something back to the people who have made it all possible. We decided several years ago to share our profits in support of children’s education in areas of Bali that need it the most; places where children have little chance of a proper education and are at the most disadvantaged.

Exotiq has found the perfect platform in which to support these children through the International Humanitarian Foundation and to date has sponsored over 150 children across the island in the advancement of their education and in doing so has made their futures brighter.

The International Humanitarian Foundation (IHF) is a non-religious, non-political, non-profit organization who believe strongly in equal opportunity for all and is working hard to preserve the culture, traditions and beliefs of marginalized communities that it works in. IHF’s mission is to educate the disadvantaged of Bali and to educate the world about their plight. We believe in a “pass it forward” philosophy where education and opportunity is free and available for all who seek it.

Exotiq sponsors individual children and classes in the name of clients who purchase property through us and in this way, not only are we giving back to the community but our clients also get you have to give back sometimesinvolved in the process first hand and thus increase awareness with each student and class, thus bridging the gap between different cultures and societies.

Those of us who have received a free education in our own countries pass it on by helping others less fortunate than ourselves by teaching, interacting and learning  With just a few hours a week volunteers, children and sponsors are changing the world we live in. IHF centres around the world operate open classes, taught by local teachers in conjunction with international volunteers.

The main focus of their classes is to teach English and computer skills to provide these children with a means of communicating their thoughts and ideas to the rest of the world. In addition we teach mathematics, leadership and life-skills; these focus on enhancing our students’ problem-solving skills, teamwork capabilities and artistic development. We believe that it is absolutely fundamental that the children are encouraged to flourish in whatever capacity they choose, and to learn the value of their heritage and the importance of their voice.

We would like to share this opportunity with our readers who might also be looking for a way to put a little back into this beautiful island. Bali’s beautiful climate, beaches and lifestyle brings us so much joy and happiness but there are many who are not so fortunate. That is why we would like to invite you to give something back to the people who make this beautiful part of the world what it is.

You can make a difference in the lives of the impoverished children in Bali and their communities for only US$30 a month. With an average of 20 students in each class you are changing the life of each child for just US$1.50 a month. Now, is that so hard?
