Many of the prices in this catalogue have been converted from Indonesian Rupiah and Thai Baht into US Dollars or Euros at the following rates as an average over the week from 28 November - 2 December 2012 : US$ 1 = IDR 9,617 and THB 30.6 € 1 = IDR 12,499 and THB 39.8. We've done this to apply consistency and to make it easy for people from all countries to understand and compare property prices. Therefore we caution that in the case of these properties, the actual price will reflect the exchange rate at date of settlement, and may be slightly more - or less - than the prices quoted here.
