The Property Listing prices
Many of the prices in the property listings have been converted from US Dollars at rate of US$ 1 = IDR 9,160 / THB 32,40 and € 1 = IDR 11,596 / THB 39,5, taken as an average over the week from 6 – 17 June 2010. We've done this to apply consistency and to make it easy for people from all countries to understand and compare property prices. Therefore we caution that in the case of these properties, the actual price will reflect the exchange rate at date of settlement, and may be slightly more - or less - than the prices quoted here.
